ㆍA320F ENGINE FAILURE AFTER V1

- MAINTAIN DIRECTION

- ROTATE AND PITCH 12.5º

- PFD 확인하여 고도, 경로, 속도 범위 내 유지 → V2 + 15KTS

- BETA TARGET CENTER → PEDAL + RUDDER TRIM 10 ~ 15초

- AP ON

- 400FT 이후 항공기가 안정되면 ECAM ACTIONS 수행

- 러더와 TRIM 방향이 헷갈릴 경우, 모두 엔진이 살아있는 쪽으로 조작

 

 

ㆍECAM ACTIONS

- THRUST LEVER IDLE BY PF, ENGINE MASTER S/W OFF BY PM

- IF DAMAGED → HIGH ENG VIB, LOUD NOISE, EXPLOSION, ENGINE STALLS, AMBER CROSS, NO N1 OR N2, HIGH EGT, NO OIL & HYD

- ENGINE FIRE P/B에 계속 불이 들어온 상태 → "STILL FIRE" INFORM 후 EMERGENCY PROCEDURE 수행 → RV DOWNWIND, VISUAL APPROACH

- NO DAMAGE인 경우는 ENG MASTER OFF까지, ENG DAMAGE의 경우는 AGENT 1 DISCH까지, ENG FIRE인 경우는 AGENT 2까지 수행

- IF NOT DAMAGED → CONSIDERING RESTART ENGINES

- IF NO RELIGHT AFTER 30S → ECAM MSG가 뜬 뒤로 30초를 뜻하므로, ECAM을 수행하면서 30초는 이미 지난 상황이므로 다음 절차 진행

- ENGINE SECURED → STATUS → "STOP ECAM" → ENGINE SECURED → ENG SHUTDOWN 또는 ENG RELIGHT 이전 단계까지 완료된 경우

 

ㆍDECLARE EMERGENCY

- INFORM ATC → MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY, ENGINE FAILURE, REQUEST ENG OUT SID 4NM KIP, LEFT TURN 225º, 4,000FT

 

ㆍENGINE OUT SID

- MAX ACC ALT 이전까지 LEVEL OFF, FLAPS 0 → GREEN DOT SPEED, ALT PULL, THR MCT

 

ㆍCONTINUE ECAM ACTIONS

- CONTUNUE ECAM ACTIONS → SYSTEM PAGES → STATUS → "STOP ECAM"

- AFTER TAKEOFF AND CLIMB CHECKLIST → CONTINUE ECAM ACTIONS → REMOVE STATUS → ECAM ACTIONS COMPLETE

- SYSTEM RESET, FCOM ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES

 

ㆍAFTER COMPLETE PROCEDURES

- CHECK QRH, LANDING DISTANCE PROCEDURES → ENG OUT은 ABNORMAL LANDING, LDG DIST WITHOUT FAILURE 절차를 적용

- CHECK WX, ABCMBC → AUTO BRAKE, LANDING CONFIGURATION, MCDU SETUP, BRIEFING, CHECKLIST

- APCOT → INFORM ATC, INFORM PURSUR, INFORM COMPANY, OVERWEIGHT LANDING, TCAS TA SET

- REPORT ATC → READY FOR APPROACH

 

ㆍGO-AROUND

- ATC에 "IN CASE OF GO-AROUND, REQUEST D4.0 KIP VOR, LEFT TURN 225º" 미리 언급

- "GO-AROUND, TOGA, FLAP" → "POSITIVE CLIMB" → "GEAR UP"

- 400FT → FOLLOW RWY TRK 또는 ALL ENG OPERATION 상태에서는 NAV MODE CHK
